Recognized the reason for this issue is server is trying to send FCM notifications to the devices which uninstalled the Android agent from the device without properly disenroll. Hence closing the issue. Pahansith Gunathilake

In the current implementation, FCM configuration should be send to the devices at the time of enrolling them.
