enroll a device

Description
When enrolling a device, enrollment breaks. The device is not enrolled, it stuck inside the agent(white page). sometimes get different errors.
In the device table it shows he device was enrolled but never synced [1].

Result
Device not enrolled, but in device table the device is shown as never synced.
