Windows public app names validation is not happening correctly

Staging server(620)

Prerequisites
none

Steps
  • select on create public app and choose windows.
  • search for a app that has more than 20 character length.
  • name validation shows green icon.
  • click on name filed, add a character and then remove.
  • then name validation is working(shows the error msg saying character length is over 20)

    video is attached to the ticket's file section.

Description
There is a validation for app name to not exceeding 20 characters.
Since windows public names are automatically filled this validation does not happen [2].
Need to fix this.
