- select on create public app and choose windows.
- search for a app that has more than 20 character length.
- name validation shows green icon.
- click on name filed, add a character and then remove.
- then name validation is working(shows the error msg saying character length is over 20)

Description
There is a validation for app name to not exceeding 20 characters.
Since windows public names are automatically filled this validation does not happen [2].
Need to fix this.
