There is no agent for windows enrollment.

Description
Restructure the windows enroll page [1]. (Need to change enroll page steps, due to there is no agent).
Remove the agent download button.
Remove the QR code for downloading agent.
Rearrange the steps for enroll.

Now the windows enrollment view look like bellow (Note that content should be update)- Note that this enrollment component can be use in android manual enrollment view as well for UI consistency.
