Roadmap Redmine¶

All team members working times to be logged in in the Roadmap redmine

• Recommended to update daily
• Must do - Weekly before start of Monday (for the previous week)
• Time logging activities

  Activity	What is covered
  Design	Design work, Design review, Design discussions
  Investigation	Technical or functional investigations, Problem work, Reproducing issues, etc
  Development	Code implementation, Code review, Issue related clarification discussions, Patch creation
  Testing	Test and verification
  Deployment	Test Lab deployment, AWS deployment, Customer deployments
  Customer meeting	Customer visit, Customer calls, Customer training
  Customer training	Trainings to customers
  Comment	Answering queries
  Learning	Learning to build the skills/competency/knowledge needed to do team tasks
  Meeting	Internal meetings. Company meetings, 1-1 meetings, Operational meetings, etc that are not related to development work
  Internal training	Conduct trainings internally to build the skills, domain knowledge in the team
