Environment details
500 server

Prerequisites
App which has one app release that can be delete.

Steps
[1] click on the app.
[2] click on the view card.
[3] click on the delete button.

Expectation/Description
Since the functionality was changed(Introduced a new feature that can create app without any release), this popup message should change [1]. Please have clarify what to display on popup message before changing message
