Steps
Click on a lifecycle state and change lifecyle1 -> click on "Confirm" button multiple times quickly2.

Expectation/Description
when clicked only one api call is send.

Result
upon clicking multiple times on confirm quickly, it sends multiple api calls3. (ideally only one api call should send). this leads to sending error response and mess up the lifecycle history4.
