Not validating OS range when editing an app release after creating a app release

Environment details
500 server

Prerequisites
created app release where OS version is available1 (Android, ios, windows).

Steps
1. Click on the app
2. click on edit2
3. change the OS order(first input is higher than second input)[3]
4. update

Expectation/Description
A validation like in when creating an app release4 and not able to update.

Result
successfully updated. (is should give validation error)
