Able to click update in 'edit release' even after deleting all the screenshots and logo in app publisher

Description

When editing a 'edit release' in app, a user can click update button even after deleting all screenshots and logo.
if click on the edit button right after updating without screenshots it looks like below ss1.

After refreshing the page and click on edit editing modal looks like this2.

Also if the user edit the package name it doesn't change after refreshing the page.
if the package name cannot change make that field uneditable.

How to reproduce: Go to app publisher -> create a public app with a release. -> go to that app -> click on edit.

Browser version: Google Chrome Version 107.0.5304.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)
