1. Description
   Super admin should be able to enable Grafana UI tenant-wise. This configuration should be under the platform configurations.

Tasks
1. Write a new API under cloud management APIs which acceps a list of tenants and save in meta data. (Can simply Replace existing list)
2. Write a get API to accept the tenant domain and if the tenant is allowed or not by checking the saved list.
3. Modify grafana dashboards to validate for this check

1. Suggested Labels:

Optional comma-separated list of suggested labels. Non-committers can’t assign labels to issues, so this will help issue creators who are not a committer to suggest a possible label

Optional comma-separated list of suggested team members who should attend the issue. Non-committers can’t assign issues to assignees, so this will help issue creators who are not a committer to suggest possible assignees
