  1. Description
    API error notifications are not showing up on publisher and device-types, tags and categories are not loading in publisher.

  1. Steps to reproduce:
    1. Try to create a new enterprise application
    2. It should show no data for device types, tags and categories and it doesn't show an error message even thought on the network tab it shows the API invoked gives a 200 status code with the payloads.
