  1. Description

Apps can be hided, if all releases are retired. Currently there are no options to unhide those hidden apps.

Steps to hide an app

1. Go apps in publisher
2. Click on an app
3. Retire available releases.
4. Open app drawer from app list in Apps page
5. Click on app menu (3 vertical dots)
6. Click on retire

Solution
1. Add a card in `Manage > General` page of publisher UI
2. Show all hidden apps
3. Add a button(or any suitable ui element) to unhide each app
