There is an IOS restriction "Enforced Software Update Delay" which is not working after apply.The key value won't pass with payload

- Issue founded
- "Enforced Software Update Delay" key not passing with the playload issue was checked with both NEW and OLD UIs, and It was observed that there is a field for "Enforced Software Update Delay" under DEP section in OLD UI but not in the NEW UI..Below are the screenshots for it.
- when checking the playload of the OLD UI with "Enforced Software Update Delay" field passed with a value as it has this field, it was not observed this key in the playload as well
