If we are working on patch/improvement, it is impossible to write java8 stream expression on the current IoTS code base and, if we write java8 stream expression, it will break the build.

As per the investigation, we realized that the reason for the build failure is having an old version of maven-bundle-plugin (It may be a bug in that particular version). Therefore we bump the version of maven-bundle-plugin and build failure was resolved. But the product doesn't start properly. Hence it is required to investigate further and resolve this issue.
