Staging server(6.1.0)
Prerequisites
COPE enrolled device
3 web apps
Steps
create a "Enrollment Application Install" policy with 3 web apps
apply the policy on device
Description
in Enrollment Application Install policy, if we select multiple web apps(try 3 web apps) to install it only install only one web app.
in the single device view's operation logs it shows the app installation operations are sent and shows they are completed.
But in the device it only receive the last web app application install operation.

Result
When try to install 2 or more web apps, only one web app is getting installed.
