Environment details
Staging server(6.1.0)

Prerequisites
COPE enrolled device with a sim(Device must have a sim)
create a policy with "Disallow disable mobile data" in Restrictions [1]

Steps
Apply the policy on device
Try to disable the mobile data on device side

Description
User should not be able to disable mobile data on the device side.
But in this case user is able to disable the mobile data.

Result
User is able to disable mobile data even if the policy was applied.
