Description

Enterprise app installation fails randomly with "apk file creation failed" error and permission denied errors.

Note: "App file creation failed on the device" this error could come due to having the same apk in the downloading place.
Note: "App file creation failed on the device" this also happened on a poor connection(mobile connection). maybe it took long time to download the apk and failed the operation.

Fix is working
apps didn't fail when installing even if the previous installation was failed(deliberate failures to test this)
