go to the app

Description
The dot three button (right top button) [1] drop downs are not shown prominently.

When the app is in the created state the dot three button, the drop down should show the options Delete, Hide prominently.
for android enterprise apps(google apps) it should show Managed configurations prominently.
for retired apps it should show "Hide" prominently while "Delete" option is grayed out.
