Steps
Enroll a device in UEM server
Do not give all permissions during the initial setup

Description
Ideally if some permissions are missing(or not granted) during initial setup, at a later point the agent should ask for those permissions again.
Note: when enrolling a device, if the user touched somewhere on display the permission tab disappear. Therefore there need to be a mechanism for asking these missing permissions after the enrollment.
