Prerequisites
multiple groups, users

Steps
create a policy
when it comes to select groups step, see there are no visible scroll

same in geo fence.

Description
The scroll in selecting groups and set user roles in policy is not visible [1]. only after scrolling down a small scrolling icon is showed.
Since this icon is not visible when not scrolling, it is hard to know there are more groups are there.

In geo fence this same issue is there.

Result
Scrolling icon is not visible.
