Description
When an error occurs during a file transfer operation, it is not clear why it occurred. The operations log simply upload error, listing the URL, but it is not clear what happened - was it a connection interruption, server error, download error, storage space error or other error.
The operations log should listed:
1. The requested URL
2. Error Reason for failing
