1). modified msg has com.x.android package mentioned twice and doesn't make a sense [1] [2].

there are no examples or any tool tip to show how the date(date format) should be
Entered multiple date format, but all showed 'Must be Date'

4). Why the network usage is calculated every 15th of a month?
can this be configurable? or can this start with 1st of every month?

eg:- com.x.android package allows usage up to 1 GB data within a day via wifi data / com.x.android package. Network usage is calculated on the 15th of every month.
