Description
Currently we can't make geo fences inactive(once geo fence is created it is always active).
Make it possible to make geo fences inactive(When it is in inactive state, these geo fences are not applied to devices).
EX: like in policies. If a policy is in inactive state those policies are not applied to devices. if in active state these policies are applied to devices.
