In the APPM store portal, we load Android applications on the landing page. Since the product IoTS doesn't have a device type called 'Android', the loading of the portal's landing page fails. Further, if we consider device types, there will be some device types that do not require app management capabilities. Hence we can add a meta value when we register device types to track it and we can use the same value to filter out when we load the device types which are supported by APPM functionality in both the publisher and store portals.
