Improve the email get when a user is registered in UEM server

Description

The mail [1] get when a new user is registered in UEM server does not contain the domain(sub-tenant) info.
it only mentioned the username and the password.

But when log in to mgt console, user has to add the username and the domain name as well [2].
Therefore add the domain name in the mail and show how to(example) combine the username and domain name to use in username in log in window [2].
