Prerequisites
Published web app.

Steps
install the web app via app store.
install it multiple times.

Description
App is installed into device home as a shortcut. see if there is a way to identify if there is already a app by that name in home screen.
Do the necessary improvements if its possible to stop installing multiple web apps.

Result

User is able to install multiple web apps on a device.
