*Description* Under "New devices" in the app uninstallation table, it should only show the devices that have are completed the installation(Device should have the app installed on deivce). installation. We cannot trigger a uninstallation of the app if the device does not have installed the app. Therefore in the "New Devices" in uninstallation tabs it should only show the devices that are in "Completed"(these device completed the installation and hence has the app on the device) state in install table. Currently all the other devices that are not in other states are shown in uninstallation table. EX: consider "android-pan -test-1" device. This device is in the pending state in the installation table(No actual installation has happened on device, hence there is no app on device) but when we go to the uninstallation table and go to New devices this same "android-pan -test-1" device is visible. so logically we cannot trigger an uninstallation operation on a device which does not have that app installed. *Refer the video [1]* video is attached to the ticket's file section
