510 server
*Prerequisites*
group and enroll a android device
*Steps*
click on group operation button
*Description*
If there is no devices in a group, make the groups like when no devices in ios group [1](ios group has no devices, and operations were gray colored).
make the look feel same.
If there are no devices from a specific type, that device type's device operations should be greyed out.
EX: if no windows devices are added in to that group, the windows device operations tab's device operations should be greyed out
