Prerequisites
User who has firstname, lastname with lower and upper case [1]

Steps
1. Go to users.
2. click on search.
3. select the field as either first name or last name
4. search the user by all lower case
Expectation/Description
Able to search the user (case ignored)
Result
need to give the exact word(case is not ignored). [2]
