When Creating a app or adding a existing app or detaching a app in service provider a success notification should displayed.

How to reproduce:
Go to app publisher -> select "configurations" -> select "Service providers"[1] -> click on "view apps"[2] -> click on "Add App +" [3]

[2] You need to have a identity service provider added into your local or 500(in 500 its already connected).
