When creating a new Geo Fence, it fails because device group is mandatory. And it is a drop down option without any data.

Geofences can create successfully.
When creating a geofence we should have to give a group name we wish to add the geofence. For adding an event configuration, first of all, configure an alert configuration in platform configurations. Then we can give the event config.
