- Description
Getting a 500 response when calling the internal DCR endpoint, for an already existing app using a re-created user who has been deleted.
- Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a user using any portal (ep-mgt / carbon console).
2. Call the internal DCR endpoint and register an app.
3. Delete the user using any platform.
4. Create a new user again using the same username.
5. Re-do step 2 with the same application name.
