1. Description
   Now the device search bar doesn't show when there are no devices in the device list. but if someone wants to find a device in REMOVED status, for some reason it cannot be done. Therefore, it is important to have the search bar whether the devices are present or not.

1. Suggested Labels:

Optional comma-separated list of suggested labels. Non-committers can’t assign labels to issues, so this will help issue creators who are not a committer to suggest a possible label

Optional comma-separated list of suggested team members who should attend the issue. Non-committers can’t assign issues to assignees, so this will help issue creators who are not a committer to suggest possible assignees
