We currently use Java APIs in DCR endpoint. This can break things if APIM team changes the APIs. These must be moved to APIM rest APIs. Please refer to the mail - [WSO2 Support] (ENTGRASUB-113/CS0169691) IoT server use case broke with APIM-4.0.0 updates
