1. Description
   After adding a new endpoint to carbon.device.mgt.api the api should appear in the publisher portal. However after adding a new api even when the api is working it is not appearing in the publisher portal.

1. Suggested Labels:

Optional comma-separated list of suggested labels. Non-committers can’t assign labels to issues, so this will help issue creators who are not a committer to suggest a possible label
