Description
When there are no data in the tables it shows no data view for relevant pages. currently it use not found icon. It need to change with customized icon

Affected Product Version:
entgra-iot-ultimate-4.0.1-SNAPSHOT

Steps to reproduce:

For device Table

1. Select All Devices
2. View get if there no data
