An app that has both installations and uninstallations

Steps
Please refer the video [1]

Description

When There are both installations and uninstallations are in the same app(EX: subscription view) [2], it shows the same device set for both installation table and uninstallation table.
Note: same device cannot be in both installation and uninstallation table.
