Prerequisites
COPE enrolled device
Published Enterprise Application

Steps
Try to install the app using user or role [1].

Description
When tries to install the app via user or role it shows as operation is triggered but nothing happens on the operations log.

Note: The operation is received to the operations log when the app is installed via the group.
