Steps
For EX:
go to platform configuration
select FTP server
add a new field
input some values and click on add
then click on any tab that were on the menu(Enrollment/ View Roles/ Certificates)
The changes that were saved before is not showing anymore.

Description
When followed the above steps, u have to refresh the page to see the changed values.
This is confusing for the user, because the values just added was not showing

Note: This issue is happening all over the platform configurations. Need to add a fix for addressing this issue
