Description

Environment details
Staging server(610)

Prerequisites
Created geo fence
A enrolled device that was added to the group which is included in the geo fence

Steps
remove the group from the geo fence
Refer video [1]

Description
This should send a EVENT_REVOKE operation to the device.
Currently that operation is not sending [1]

NOTE: geo fence could have 2 or more than groups. same device could be assigned to multiple groups that are used in the geo fence. If a group was removed and then update the geo fence, the operation should go as below order(because the other groups are in the geo fence)
EVENT_REVOKE ---> EVENT_UPDATE
