Policy is working on both super and sub tenants.
But this policy is not working on devices under API level 33 [1].
Need to mention this in the policy saying any devices that are under API level 33 will not not work(Create a meaningful message).
EX: refer this [2]

Also need to check on this features working API level: https://roadmap.entgra.net/issues/10855
