Steps
install the enterprise app via app store
go to single device view.
check on the INSTALL_APPLICATION operation.

Description

When clicked on details button in the operation logs, the additional details are not showing.

for example:
When clicked on details of "INSTALL_APPLICATION" operation it should show the logs(app information). but in staging server these are not showing [1].
how it should be [2].

When click on details button it should send a request like this [3], [4]. but now it is not sending, thus the logs are not showing.
