Prerequisites
Created categories and Tags.

Description
Issue 1). when entering a category or tag an then press enter it should show the entered name in there. but currently it is shown as a blank space [1].
this should show like this [2]

Issue 2) User can create multiple categories or tags at the same time. but in this case when the user click on the new category page turn to a blank page(error console logs are shown in the video) [1].
this should show like this [3]

Issue 3) There are no space between categories or tags [4]

Issue 4). Inconsistency when a page refreshed [5].

Issue 5). When a category or a tag is created there are not shown in the UI

Issue 6). when a category or tag was edited those changes are not shown in the UI, need to refresh the page.

Issue 7). When a category or tag was deleted those changes are not shown in the UI, need to refresh the page.
