Enroll a device with the changes of commit (4884803b9e9db709c3b7ce930f9d18607fdf2fff) in android agent

Description
The pluggedIn value is not displayed in UI [1].

But in a agent where extra logs added to find the device info, the device is sending the plugged in value [2].
This value is not shown in the UI.
