[UI] Can click on next button even if the package name is empty

Description

Environment details
6.1.0 server
UEM staging server

Prerequisites
Setup android for work platform configs

Steps
Go to app publisher
Select add new app
Select Android Enterprise
click on next without giving a package name

Description
User should be unable to click on "Next" button [1] if the package name field is empty.
If the user proceed without giving a package name it thorws a error in the final step [2]
Note: Button should be unclickable and greyed out
