Prerequisites
enrolled device
2 users

Steps
update the enrollment using "Update Enrollment" of the enrolled device [1]

Description
once the update enrollment is completed owner of the device certificate must change to transferred user.

Result
currently update owner is not changing the certificate owner.
this leads to device not syncing

This issue is not related to device certificate. the issue is agent side not updating the updated device owner's username. so device still sync using the original owner. if that orginal user deleted in uem the device couldn't sync. for fix need to add a new operation to update the enrollment info in agent side. As a temp fix added a warning message for update enrollment
