Prerequisites
VPP apps -> Apple Store Synced Apps

Steps
try syncing apple VPP [1]

Description
Used the same ABM account for sub tenants.
When syncing in sub tenants all the apps were not shown.
Apps in super tenants [2]
Apps in sub tenants [3]

Result
When syncing in sub tenants all the apps were not shown.
