app installed on devices

Steps
go to app store
select app
go to "Installation Details" table

Description
Action column in "Installation Details" is incorrect [1]. It should display the action(INSTALLATION OR UNINSATALLATION) [2].

Search option "Action" is not working in search.
this maybe due to incorrect data showed in ACTION column.
