Description

Since we are using mutual TLS, if the certificate that related to device got deleted server will stop syncing with the device.
Therefore, if try to delete a certificate of a device that are not in the REMOVED state, it should show a popup msg(warning) saying "xxx Device will stop syncing if this certificate is deleted"

Also there need to be a warning msg when deleting a device.
